Damages and Issues
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please contact our customer service team at service@zevvo.de. Please provide your order number and images of the defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Do not send any products to our Berlin address under any circumstances. We will provide you with the return address once your return has been confirmed.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For a size exchange: (no color change), within the limit of two sizes above or below the size ordered, to prevent misuse.
The size exchange is free of charge: We cover the return shipping label and the re-shipping.
For a refund: You bear the return shipping costs (shipping label) as well as logistics costs proportional to the number of items in your order. Once the item has been received and inspected, the amount paid will be refunded minus these costs within 14 days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
For underwear and swimwear, the hygiene sticker must be intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
