PREPARATION & DELIVERY TIMES

Zevvo.de is committed to preparing and shipping your order within an average period of 1 to 3 business days from the confirmation of your order.

The estimated delivery times after shipping are as follows:

Germany: 8 to 9 business days

These periods may be extended during times of high demand (sales, Christmas, Black Friday…) or under exceptional circumstances (strikes, bad weather, etc.). Zevvo.de cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the transport companies.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Should an item be unavailable after confirmation of your order, Zevvo.de will inform you as soon as possible. You may then:

Either maintain your order with an extended delivery time,

Or cancel your order and receive a full refund within a maximum of 15 days, in accordance with legal regulations (esp. § 355 para. 3 BGB).

NON-DELIVERY / RETURN OF PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Zevvo.de for the following reasons:

Failure to collect within the deadline at the pickup station

Incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer

Zevvo.de may require payment of new shipping costs for a re-shipment. In the event of a second failure, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY
Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with §§ 312g, 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision and without having to bear any costs other than those provided for by law.

To exercise this right, you can contact our customer service at the following address: service@zevvo.de.

Do not send any products to our Berlin address under any circumstances. We will provide you with the return address once your return has been confirmed.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging).

Exception for hygiene reasons: According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (such as socks or underwear) are not eligible for return or exchange if the hygiene sticker has been removed.

In the event of misuse or repeated non-compliant returns, zevvo.de reserves the right to refuse any return request or future order.

DELIVERED COUNTRIES

Zevvo.de delivers to Germany only.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of the order, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

In the event of a refusal of acceptance or return of the package that is not due to an error by Zevvo.de, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE

We recommend that you carefully check the condition of the package upon delivery. If an anomaly is detected (package opened, product missing or damaged), this must be reported to the transport company immediately and to our customer service within 48 hours.
